Noteworthy: We have a busy week of clinics scheduled (with NO regular scheduled practices) so check the schedule and plan to make as many as possible! Times are 8-10 am and that all the clinics will be held at Milford High School.
If you are not doing anything Saturday morning at 7:00am, come on down to Milford for an unofficial New Years workout of 100x100s. Don’t worry we’ll mix up the effort and not swim everyone freestyle or IM and there’s an extra incentive… We’re planning a break halfway through for coffee and doughnuts. So, if you’d like to join in bring some doughnuts or muffins and we’ll see you at 7am, Saturday December 30 at Milford for the epic 100x100s.
Also, please remember that regularly scheduled practices will not resume until Wednesday January 3rd.
There’s still time, check out the “Shop” link on the website! We have added a MAC fleece half zip that you can order direct from the site complete with monograming. Note: With ordering and monograming, expect the turn around for these will be approximately 4-6 weeks.

Event Details/Results:
Clinics: Are you in need of start and turn work? Our Christmas Clinics will run each day from 8-10am. The focus for each day is listed above and will feature instruction, demonstration, drills, and personalized feedback related to that day’s topic.
State Meet: The wagering has started, let’s have fun and raise money for our own Jim Young Fund.
- 1 ticket = $5, 5 Tickets = $20
- Choose a coach (each coach will have a different ticket color).
- Write the State Meet event that you want that coach to swim and your name.
- Event with the most votes will win!
- In case of a tie, we will have a tiebreaker raffle ($1/ticket, winner decides between the tied events).
This event will start at the Christmas Party on Dec. 16 and run until the Milford Meltdown. Results will be announced after the Milford Meltdown.

On a Personal Note: I hope that everyone had a blessed and wonderful Christmas! It seems to go so quickly once it is here but the magic surrounding the holiday is joyous!
