Noteworthy: Fall season starts tomorrow! Who’s going to be there? Are you ready to get after it, set goals, work hard, have fun?!? I can’t wait to see you all back at MHS and get started on the 2019-2020 season and chasing our 8th State Championship!
Above will be the schedule for the season, but make sure that you read the weekly emails and check the website regularly for any changes to schedule, tips, tricks, and the latest and best swimming gear as well as MAC swag! Stay tuned to next week’s weekly for more information on our 2019-2020 season! We have goals to meet, new banners to create for team goals, and a great season to be had!

Jim: Welcome back! Looking forward to a great season! I will be coaching Monday pm, and Tuesday’s am…Be prepared to answer the question: What is your goal this season?
Kris: Happy Fall everyone and I’m excited not only to be back but also for everything MAC has planned for this upcoming season!
Jim and I spent the past five days in St. Louis, Missouri learning about the inner workings of USMS, representing you as a swimmer, and also the Michigan LMSC. I also spent the day in class and got my Level 3 USMS coaching certification, and coached one morning on deck (a whole bunch of amazing coaches in my group – yikes!). It was great to network and get all kinds of ideas to bring back home.
If you know someone who may be interested in MAC Lite let them know we start up again this Thursday.
Also join me this Thursday for the drill workout and streamlines, streamlines and more streamlines!
Melissa: Looking forward to spending Wednesday evenings with you again this season!
Maria: Yay, Fall season is here! I am really looking forward to seeing so many of you again. Saturdays will be focused on technical skills that will help you for meets, as well as building strength and endurance. Like past years, you will have a choice of distance free or stroke/IM workouts.
Although I’m always sad to see summer go, I do get excited for short course season and to watch you all progress so much!!
Dianne: I can’t wait to get started and see you all back at Milford!
