Thanks to all who came out and participated, volunteered, and/or provided snacks for the Milford Monsters Meet on Sunday. Thanks to Coach Kris for organizing and running a fantastic meet. We had 3 new or returning MAC swimmers attend the meet (Brandon Marriott, Kevin Markell, and Karen Deighton) and 65 of our MAC family answered the call and brought their best to the pool! Thank you MAC!
I again want to thank all that came out to the Monsters Meet and volunteered! I missed the opportunity to thank Coach Melissa for registering and checking in all the swimmers and Coach Jim for acting as the Meet Director among other things. Coach Jim, in addition to Coach Kris put in a lot of effort planning, organizing, and running the meet and continues to be a vital part of our staff and that of Michigan Masters. MAC and I are lucky to have such a talented, caring, and giving staff.
Also note that the South Lyon Meet is November 10th.

From the Coaches:
Kris: For the weekly: Tuesday distance will be fixing some stroke errors we’ve seen in the past couple weeks in addition to building yardage.
Thursday Drill: by group request we’ll continue with the breaststroke kick work we started last week and move on to other parts of that stroke if we have time!
Dianne: Thanks Coach Kris for handling Monday workout so my family and I could take a little overnight. I heard all went well for a great practice. I look forward to seeing everyone back on Wednesday to enjoy some Halloween fun together.
On a Personal Note: Barb Hertz stopped by practice last Monday! It was great to see her, she is still recovering but is doing well! Her doctor hasn’t cleared her to get in the water yet but she is hoping to get back in around January.
Communication: If you have questions for any of the coaches don’t hesitate to ask! Here’s a quick list of emails to make that a bit easier!
