4×25 w/zoomers Dolphin kick on side
200 (75sw, 25 streamline kick on bk)
4 x through set
{2×50 1 arm drill with paddles
{100 long swim w/zoomers (focus on length and stroke)
-By round the above portion is: fly, BK, BR, FR
{200 IM pull with bouy (fly only KICK F! using board as a bouy)
{100 IM each stroke swum with dolphin kick
{300 FRIM (4-6 dolphin kick off each wall for every stroke)
