The Mac staff would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Patrick Sturdy for his outstanding support and commitment to the MAC team. Patrick generously met with us (the MAC Inc staff) several times and guided us through all of the necessary steps of setting up a non-profit corporation.  Patrick also took care of all of the legal aspects of the new MAC Inc. non-profit corporation, completing, and filing all of the necessary paper work required by the State of Michigan and IRS.

On behalf of the whole team, and MAC staff, thank you Patrick Sturdy!

Even if you are not ready to return to the pool, you can still show your support to MAC by officially joining the team!  An annual team membership is just $5.  A MAC team membership is required before you can purchase a swim visit membership.

Your first year as a MAC member you receive a MAC swim cap, and MAC Logo car sticker.

Once again, this holiday season, we are planning for a way for the MAC team to give back to our community.  We are open for ideas, and suggestions from the team, as to where our efforts can be best directed to those in need .  Please email Coach Kris: .
Workout of the Week:

Workout:200 (75sw, 25 streamline kick on bk)
4×25 w/zoomers Dolphin kick on side
200 (75sw, 25 streamline kick on bk)

4 x through set

{2×50 1 arm drill with paddles
{100 long swim w/zoomers (focus on length and stroke)
-By round the above portion is: fly, BK, BR, FR
{200 IM pull with bouy (fly only KICK F! using board as a bouy)
{100 IM each stroke swum with dolphin kick
{300 FRIM (4-6 dolphin kick off each wall for every stroke)
