Spring Mill Pond – Swim/Open Water Workouts
Coach Maria will be offering coached open water workouts as MAC partners with The Mighty Grind.
SWIM SCHEDULE: Thursday nights 6:00-7:30pm at Spring Mill Pond, from June 3rd through September 2nd.
MEMBERSHIP: For all interested, participants will need to either have a current MAC membership, buy a Mighty Grind package, or pay the drop in fee ($25). Interested swimmers can purchase a Mighty Grind package or drop in at Packages and Pricing | The Mighty Grind Endurance Systems LLC.
Attendees must sign up at least 4 hours in advance at Scheduling | The Mighty Grind Endurance Systems LLC
MAC members are also invited to join The Summer Grind bike, run & conditioning workouts, but need an additional package. See details at Packages and Pricing | The Mighty Grind Endurance Systems LLC
