Coached Open Water Workouts

Coach Maria will be offering coached open water workouts as MAC partners with The Mighty Grind. 

For all interested, participants will need to either buy a session package (6 or 10 sessions) or pay the drop in fee.  Interested swimmers can purchase those at

Available to MAC Swimmers only: buy a package, and Coach Maria will add on 1 session free (to a 6-session pack, $130.00) or 2 sessions free (to a 10-session pack, $215.00).

For those not interested in a package, the drop in fee is: $25/session
